We’re getting married!

Logan & Bayli have gone to school together since grade school, even dated some in middle school. So really they’ve always known each other, grew up around one another. They were friends in high school, but dated other people. It’s wasn’t until their senior year & due to their mutual friends that Logan and Bayli connected again. They joke that Bayli forced Logan to be her friend, was very persistent, and really just never went away & that’s how they ended up together. Logan wanted the same things, he was just a little more subtle about it :)

Bayli had just worked her three night stretch. Logan got home from work that evening and woke Bayli up asking if she wanted to go out and grab something to eat. Honestly, Bayli was grouchy and tired, but agreed. All she wanted were rolls & a caesar salad, so natually they went to Texas Roadhouse. Looking back, Logan was being strange while they got around. For once he had an opinion on what she was wearing. He also made a comment about how he was surprised she didn’t have her nails done & that if she wanted to do them before dinner he would wait. Bayli changed her outfit, but did not do her nails…she was definitely confused at how Logan was acting, but a proposal was definitely not on her radar. If you’re thinking that Logan is about to propose at dinner, ABSOLUTELY NOT. He knew better. They had talked about this moment and neither of them wanted it public. That’s just not them. Logan straightened up at dinner & whatever Bayli might have thought was going on was dismissed. Eveything was just as it always was between them. Logan and Bayli got back home and it seemed again like Logan was being weird. Bayli went downstairs to put in a load of laundry like any other night, but her head was spinning, unsure of what was going on. She still didn’t expect what was waiting for her upstairs. Logan had candles lit and was waiting for Bayli, with Hyde at his side. And it was just like that. As soon as Bayli got upstairs, Logan asked Bayli to marry him. After the immediate shock, and just a few tears because honestly there was a lot of shock, Bayli said YES! Logan and Bayli had talked about getting engaged, and they knew they would, but never felt like they needed to rush it. Bayli always thought she would know it was coming. But just a few days before Logan proposed, Bayli told her cousins she thought it could be another year or two until there was an engagement. HA. Little did she know…
