For the reception, we kindly ask that it be an adults-only celebration. However, if you're staying for the weekend, we’d love to see your little ones and plus ones around! Please note that childcare arrangements will need to be made on your own. We hope you’ll make it a fun and relaxing weekend getaway!
The cocktail hour will take place outdoors, the reception will then move indoors for dinner, dancing, and celebration.
We have not reserved hotel room blocks, but we highly recommend lodging on-site. All the details can be found on our Travel & Lodging page. The accommodations are either on the property or within a short distance for your convenience.
We recommend dressy casual to cocktail attire—something you’ll feel comfortable and confident wearing, especially for photos. Think polished up a bit.
October in the Colorado mountains can be unpredictable. Some years, it’s a crisp and sunny 75°F, while others might bring a few inches of snow. We recommend checking the weather forecast about a week before your trip and dressing in layers to stay comfortable, no matter what the day brings!

Our reception will be on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, but the celebration doesn’t stop there! Thursday, October 2nd: Join us for a casual welcome dinner to kick off the festivities. Friday, October 3rd: Our wedding reception will be the highlight of the weekend—dining, dancing, and celebrating together! Saturday, October 5th: We’d love to relax and hang out at the ranch with everyone. It’ll be a great time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Absolutely! Since we eloped, we’ve already taken all of our ceremony photos. Feel free to snap pictures and capture the fun moments throughout the reception. We’ll also have some friends with cameras documenting the day, so you can focus on enjoying yourself while still making memories!
