Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year, and he knows that. So we were going to start a tradition to be with our friends on Christmas Eve. We had been hanging out all night, playing games and just having fun. When my best friend, my maid of honor, called me into the kitchen, as soon as she brought me in there, she pointed at the table in our living room and said "whats that?". I walked over and there was a heart shaped piece of paper with words written on it. At the bottom it said, "Now turn around".... I turned around and there he was down on one knee. Of course I said yes, and there were lots of tears and smiles. After we left the house to take pictures, which the picture above is one.
