In 2016, the two of us met in a summer filled campground in Hells Canyon. Our time spent swimming and stargazing, it was a weekend full of youthful intrigue... aka we were crushing hard. With the summer ramping up and us being barely 13, meetings were few and far between. While we didn't see each other much, there was defiantly an attraction that neither of us could shake. In high school, we officially connected and quickly, that connection grew strong. Our mutual love for the outdoors, although one stronger than the other, provided us with common ground for uncapped adventures around our hometown. We were two kids, locked in a playful love. It was during this time that our bond was formed. We spent the next three years together. Learning each other was its own adventure to say the least. We laughed, cried, and fought but one thing never changed, we knew that we were brought together for a reason. After an unexpected reconnection in 2022, we had the opportunity to discover just how good of a team we make. With a move on the horizon for one, we had a decision to make; either leave our rediscovered connection where it was or jump headfirst into what could be our forever. With one huge leap of faith (and many more to come), our true adventure began. For the past 4 years, an adventure is exactly what we've had. We have moved through 3 states, with the outdoors at the forefront of our hobbies and each other by our sides. Every journey that we have faced, we have headed it without fear, always carrying with us the relentless commitment we have for each other. 7/18/26 - While the future is always unknown, every day we wake up, we choose each other. This day will be a day to remember. Although not the start of our story, it will be the start of our newfound journey, and we could not be happier to share this day with you.
