Due to the the long walk from the parking spaces to the ceremony site, all guests should be parked at the venue no later than 4:00pm. Golf carts will stop operating at 4:10pm. Please be seated at the ceremony site by 4:15pm. If you arrive after this time, please kindly wait until the processional has ended to have your seat at the ceremony to avoid interruptions.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is Ranch Formal. Men - Sport Coat with button up dress shirt with jeans and boots. Dress pants and dress shoes are permissible. Women - Cocktail dress or dress pants and blouse with boots, heels, or dress shoes. Our theme is elevated western. Though we have a dress code, feel free to bring out those fancy outfits you've had hidden in the back of your closet for a special occasion!

Can I bring a date?

Please only RSVP for a significant other if it is reflected on your invitation. If you do not have a plus one listed on your invitation, please do not bring an unknown guest to our wedding.

If we are particularly close with your children, they have already been invited, and your invitation will reflect that. If they are not listed on your invitation, consider this a date night on us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be diagonal to the venue driveway, as well as in the marked spaces provided. Due to the long walk, there will be golf carts attending to guests to drive them to the ceremony site. There will be limited handicap parking spaces available for those who need them. All guests should arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm. Golf carts will stop operating at 4:10pm. Guests arriving after 4:15pm will need to wait until the processional has ended to join the ceremony without interruption.
