Chad and Baylee met in 6th grade band. They became middle school friends and eventually dated (three different times) in the next two years before inevitably going their separate ways in high school. It wasn't until they both chose to attend college at Ohio University when they found their way back to each other. Over the next five years, they created a college experience together; got through quarantine by binge-watching 'Criminal Minds'; went through a stint of long distance; and shared their first apartment together in Erie, PA, where Chad proposed at Presque Isle State Park. The two recently moved to Columbus, Ohio and have spent the past summer exploring their new home.
