Question

When/how should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please click on the RSVP tab above. We ask that you please RSVP by December 13th as Adam and I will need to provide exact guest counts to our vendors prior to the wedding. If you do not RSVP on time, there will not be enough seating, food, or drinks to accommodate. We would love to have you attend, so make sure to RSVP by the date provided!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so we ask that you arrive early to ensure you have a parking spot and seat before the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving around 4:30 PM, and no later than 4:45 PM.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that your phone is put away and turned off during the ceremony. We will have an amazing photographer to capture our special moments!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear formal attire for our celebration. No white, please! The ceremony and reception will be indoors; however, it is January, so bring a coat or jacket if you want to take outdoor photos! There will be a coat check available at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and in order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we ask that only guests who are formally invited be in attendance. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be an adult-only event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service picking guests up from the IronWorks Hotel and transporting to The Pavilion for the ceremony. The shuttle will be arriving at IronWorks Hotel at 4:00 PM and departing by 4:10 PM. The shuttle will also be transporting guests back to the hotel at 10:30 PM.
