When booking online, use the code "BAL" If booking over the phone, please mention the group name "Bay Lansaw Wedding" The final day for guests to book at the discounted group rate is September 11th, 2025. There will be shuttle service to and from the event if you are staying at the hotel. The SCHOOL BUS will arrive to the hotel at 3:00 p.m. and depart no later than 3:25 p.m. for the ceremony. The bus will make two runs back to the hotel following the reception. 9:30 P.M. 11:00 P.M. (final run)
