After years of what seemed like a never ending journey of dating in NYC Sean and Amanda somehow managed to both swipe right. (do people meet any other way these days? #thankyoubumble) Amanda initiated a clever conversation on the app. Sean quickly moved the conversation to texts and FaceTime. Sean was away on a business trip to Quebec the first few days of them conversing - but as soon as he landed he changed his shirt, dropped off his luggage and took Amanda to dinner. They closed down the restaurant. She wouldn't let him walk her all the way home... yet. They kissed on the corner of 6th and Waverly Place (in front of Rite Aid - very romanic.) The date was Monday, December 7th, 2015. Sean knew he had to lock in another date with Amanda and asked her out on a second date on Friday. The two met at Wollman Rink in Central Park for ice skating, had pizza for dinner & walked 5th avenue to see the Christmas Lights. Sean had never really done that before (Amanda considered that to be a tragedy) and true to form Amanda gave him a proper Christmas tour. They probably watched the Saks 5th Avenue Christmas light show a dozen times. It must have been the magic from the Rockefeller tree and the lights, from that very special Christmas date on the two knew there was something there. Sean and Amanda started fully integrating their lives, introductions to family and friends began early in the new year of 2016. Suddenly the two couldn't imagine their lives without one another. And here you are landing on Sean and Amanda's wedding page!
