Shuttle
September 13, 2024 3:45 pm - 10:30 pm
The shuttles will run back and forth from the Double Tree hotel New Bern to the venue from 3:45 pm to 4:15 pm. The drive to the venue is approximately 8 minutes. The shuttle will then run back and forth to the hotel and the venue between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm.
Flight
New Bern has an airport, Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN), located only 6 minutes from our hotel! Many flights will make a pit stop in Charlotte, but you may find some direct flights from Washington, DC. Prefer to fly into Charlotte, Washington, DC or Richmond? Let us know and we can try and connect you with others who will be driving from that area!
Travel Note
The trip to New Bern is an easy one from both Richmond and Washington, DC! From Washington, DC, the trip will take about 5 hours. From Richmond, the trip will take 3.5 to 4 hours. Parking at the hotel is complimentary.
