How do I RSVP?

Answer

Guests can RSVP both online and via mail. If you are mailing your RSVP, please address it to: 164 Lemon Grove, Irvine, CA 92618 If you want to RSVP via website, please click on the RSVP on the menu. Instructions are on the RSVP web page.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, but it is VERY limited to 40-50 cars. This is very important, so please carpool if possible. Please include in your RSVP if you're parking at the venue and who will be in your car. If you need to take a cab from where you are staying overnight, please make advance reservations online with Lucky 7 Cab or via phone (760) 660-9115.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive the formal invitation, please RSVP by March 01, 2020. If you know whether or not you can attend, please RSVP ASAP :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no, we only have a limited number of guests. All invited wedding guests will find their name on the envelope. For guests with a +1, that is noted on your RSVP card. Families with children - you'll find the envelope addressed to your family's last name.

What is the weather?

Answer

TBD - Will update as we get closer to the day! Historically, the highs are between 60 to 90 degrees and lows are in the 40s to 50s.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 pm so please arrive between 3:30 pm - 3:45 pm.

What are your theme colors?

Answer

For all my aunts who have been asking, the colors are hunter green, sage, blush, rose and marigold.

Is there cell phone reception?

Answer

No and if there is, it's spotty. If you are lost or need to call someone, we'd recommend stopping by a restaurant in Yucca Valley (bottom of the mountain) and using their WiFi.

What is the driving distance from San Diego? Los Angeles? Orange County?

Answer

Here is the average driving distance from some common areas: From Poway: 2 hrs, 35 min From Escondido: 2 hrs, 15 min From Temecula: 1 hr, 45 min From Orange County: 2 hrs From Long Beach: 2 hrs, 15 min From Culver City/Playa Del Rey: 2 hrs, 40 min From Encino/Santa Monica: 2 hrs, 40 min From the Valley (Chatsworth/Northridge: 2 hrs, 45 min Please use your GPS for an updated and accurate ETA.

How do I download an Offline Google Map?

Answer

We recommend all guests to download an offline map on their Google Maps mobile app. This will enable you to navigate your way through Pioneertown since there is no cell service. How to download an Offline Google Map: Click on hamburger menu icon (top left) Select 'Offline maps' on the menu Click 'Select Your Own Map' Using your fingers, move/zoom in/out to find the Pioneertown area (include Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Morongo) Click 'Download' Once you have downloaded the map, you'll still be able to use Google Maps while you're in the desert!

What is the dress code?

Men: Suit or blazer with slacks are preferred Women: Dresses and jumpsuits are preferred It may be cold in the evening, so please bring a jacket! The wedding and reception are both outdoors so wear appropriate footwear.

No, please arrange your own transportation.

Nope! The most reliable cab service in town is Lucky 7 Cab. This company services Yucca Valley/Pioneertown. They take advance reservations via their website/phone (760) 660-9115.
