On Thanksgiving Day of my sophomore year at James Madison University and Bryant's senior year at Mary Washington University we connected online. During the following Winter Break, after chatting for some time, we finally met for dinner at Chipotle! Although our personalities seemed quite different at first, it did not take long for us to recognize and appreciate our similarities. Next thing we knew, we were making frequent trips between UMW and JMU!

Shortly after the four year anniversary of when we first began dating, we booked a weekend getaway in Verona, VA at an adorable Airbnb. Before our dinner reservations, we went outside to take photos and watch the sunset over the mountains. As the timer for the photo went off, Bryant dropped to one knee and asked me to spend forever together. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Winchester!
