Yes! The hotel we have reserved is the Sleep Inn & Suites at 3491 Route 6 Middletown, NY 10940. Their phone number is (845) 342-4304. The block is under Bauer Wedding. Check in is Friday, August 25th and check out is Sunday, August 27th.

Is smoking/Vaping allowed?

Answer

All of the buildings, tent and patio areas are entirely non- smoking/non- vaping . They do offer a designated outdoor smoking/vaping area. Smoking/ Vaping is strictly prohibited outside of these areas.

There will be cornhole, a polaroid photo table, an abstract art canvas applied with darts, and more!

Can we swim in the pond?

Answer

Please no swimming in the pond! As refreshing as it may look on an August day, please cool yourself off with a cold drink instead.
