Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will need to find their own transportation to the ceremony at Blessed Trinity. At 5:30 there will be 2 school buses picking up guests from the Hyatt Regency and taking them to Avanti. This will be first come first serve. There will also be a 48 passenger late night shuttle running in continuous loops from Avanti to the Hyatt from 8:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. We encourage you to take advantage of these to get to and from safely!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:45. The ceremony will start at 2:00.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Blessed Trinity has parking available. Avanti Mansion, where the reception will take place, has tons of free parking in their lot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you are vegetarian or have a food allergy. We will also be taking a tally of children for a kid's menu. All of this can be filled out on the formal invitation RSVP card.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have a block of 30 rooms at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo for Friday & Saturday.
