Our Story
From Hinge to Hitched!
We grew up in towns 25 minutes away from each other - which, for those who know how small Rhode Island is, is the equivalent to a next-door neighbor. In the 20 years we spent living in the same state, we somehow never ran into each other.
Fast forward to April 2022; McKenna was living in Boston. Like most single girls in the city, Hinge was a good way to meet eligible bachelors. One of McKenna's Hinge prompts read, "The key to my heart is sushi" - which is still true today!
Meanwhile, at his (now) brother-in-law's bachelor party in Scottsdale, Jake would respond by saying "What's your go-to sushi spot in Boston?" — and the rest is history!
We could not be more thrilled for this next chapter of life together to begin, and are so excited to celebrate with family and friends!
