A few options for our out-of-town guests. Parking is available at the venue and overnight parking is allowed as long as the vehicle is picked up by 11am the next day.
Travel Note
The Essence Event Center and the State Fair
Please plan to arrive no later 3:45 for the 4:00pm ceremony. With the state fair going on, there will be lots of traffic in the area so please plan accordingly. Sometimes the address for the venue brings you to a slightly different place then where the event center actually is. Please see the above screenshot. The Essence Event Center is in the back and has its own separate parking lot.
