When should I RSVP by?

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.

Will the ceremony be inside?

Answer

Due to the time of year, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place inside. A coat room will be available for any winter jackets.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please notify Caroline and Kyle of any dietary restrictions. The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, dinner menu, and dessert will all have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options.

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to and from our recommended hotels. If you choose other accommodations, there is parking at the venue or Lyft, Uber, and taxi services available in the area.

When is shuttle pick up & drop off?

Answer

Shuttles will leave from the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn at 3:45pm. Shuttles will then head back from the venue to the hotels at 10:00pm.

What time should I arrive?

If you are not taking one of the provided shuttles, please arrive at the venue between 4:00pm - 4:15pm.
