We recommend this hotel for those who would like to stay in "downtown" Youngstown. While all the other options are still close to shopping and dining, this is the only hotel in "The City." If you are looking for a place with nightlife, this is the best option. Please note it is about a 15 minute drive to the Church and 20 minute drive to the Reception venue.
Flight
Pittsburgh International Airport is about a 50 minute drive to the suggested hotel locations. If you are driving don't forget to bring your EZ-Pass or cash for tolls! There are rental car companies at the airport. *This is the easiest airport in terms of navigation and flights are rarely delayed; it is also the closest airport to the weekend's festivities.
Flight
Akron-Canton is another airport option. It's about 65 minutes to Boardman, Ohio. No road tolls, though! There are rental car companies at the airport.
Flight
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is the largest airport out of the three options. It is the furthest option and about 90 minutes away from Boardman, Ohio. There are rental car companies at this airport.
Travel Note
We highly recommend for those who are able to either drive or have a car while in town for the weekend. The drive is about 5 hours from Washington, D.C. There are no taxis and few Uber/Lyft/rideshare options. There are Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations and other car rental agencies sprinkled around the area. We do not want anyone to miss the weekend because they are concerned about transportation so if you would like to speak to someone local and can answer any questions you may have, feel free to reach out to Chloe's sister, Miriam Batsch, at 330-357-9289 or batschmg@gmail.com
