Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding and reception will both take place at Sunshine Hill, the home of Colleen's parents, Anita and Bruce Ashbaugh. The address is 186 Goodyear Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Immediate family and guests over 60 (you know who you are) may park in "VIP" spaces close to the house. Other guests will be asked to park along the driveway and in neighboring yards/driveways. The Country Inn & Suites offers a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Time of shuttle departure to and from the ceremony is TBD, please check with hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Heck yeah! Big kids and little kids alike are welcome to join in the celebration. There will be plenty of room to run, kid-friendly food and drink options, and a "kids korner" of yard games.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know of your plans by September 10, 2021 (but we've got some wiggle room, so don't stress if you're a few days late!) Otherwise it's BYOCF&D : Bring Your Own Chair, Food & Drink!

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something you can have fun in and makes you happy! Weather dependent, the ceremony and much of the reception will be outside. We suggest wearing something that is wedding casual/dressy casual and outdoor appropriate. Stilleto heels probably won't work in the grass, but work boots are not fitting either. Keep in mind in may be warm during the day, but get chilly as the sun goes down and the party gets started!
