Are children invited to the wedding?

We love your kids, but we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration so parents can enjoy a well-deserved night off!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We've carefully planned our guest list. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed on your RSVP.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Think suits and dresses!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather-permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! You can book a room using the link on our "Travel" page for either hotel, or call and mention the Bathmann-Schwarz Wedding. Both hotels have a limited number of rooms available with the group rate, so make sure to book early! (You must book by 7/9/26 for both blocks).

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus from the hotels to the venue leaving at 4:15pm and returning to the hotels at 11:00pm.

Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Please note an dietary restrictions and/or food allergies when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
