Rebecca and John met on a dating site. Rebecca finally felt ready to get herself back out there and realized how overwhelming the messages can be until she opened one that just said, “Hello. How are you?” She looked at his profile picture and thought he was cute and half Asian. Boy she was wrong! John is 100% white boy! They started messaging and eventually Rebecca gave John her number and they planned for their first date right after Rebecca’s birthday. It was January 5th and she wanted Red Lobster. John obliged and requested a selfie with her. Becca thought this was odd and asked why. John replied because his family thought he was getting catfished and there was no way Becca was real. Well Becca was real and after that perfect dinner and getting a coffee at Shady’s Coffee & Tea, John took her home said good night and that was the start of their story. They bonded over 90s R&B music, their love for food, and the importance of friends & family. John was a Semi-Pro Wrestler in his free time and Becca, a mom of two, wanted to make sure he understood they were a package deal. He went above and beyond, getting to know Errelyn and Ervin. He even educated himself about Autism to better understand and connect with Ervin on his level. This made her love John even more. Becca and the kids started attending John’s Pro-Wrestling matches and their love of wrestling as a family was created. After 6 months, John and Becca moved in together and they started looking for a new place of their own for the four of them. Then the lockdown happened and they grew closer as a family and created the Fantastic 4! A year later they embarked on a journey moving out of Sacramento, California and made the drive to Las Vegas. Moving to a new city brought its challenges, but also brought so much growth for the couple. Rebecca and John know that they can get through anything as long as they work together. They found their person in each other and now after 6 years together, they’re now becoming Husband and Wife.
