Will the Ceremony be Inside or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the grass by the water. Given the ceremony is outside and it will be October in the midwest, please dress according to your comfort level. Worried about it raining? No worries, because we have an indoor back up plan for that...all at Heidel House :)

How do I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

There is a paved path to the ceremony site; however, guests will have to walk on some grass. For those requiring extra assistance, there will be Heidel House staff providing golf cart rides from the front of the banquet hall entrance to the ceremony site. They will be available following the ceremony as well.

How do I get from the ceremony to cocktail hour?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be held in the foyer and the balcony of the ballroom where the reception is being held which is a short walk up some stairs or around the building. There will be return golf cart rides back to the front entrance of the ballroom. No additional transportation is required.
