Please use the link below (where it says “View”) to book your room. The link is now live and able to accept reservations. The block is available for the nights of Thursday, 10/9, Friday, 10/10 (the day of our wedding), and Saturday, 10/11. This hotel is 10-15 minutes (by car) from our wedding venue, approx. 1 hour (by car) from JFK airport, and approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes (by car) from LGA airport. The closest train station is the Central Islip LIRR station, which is approx. 5 minutes (by car) from the hotel. The last day to reserve your room is Monday, August 26th, 2025. The hotel requires a two-night minimum reservation for anyone participating in our room block. Rooms start at $229/night. For the day of the wedding (10/10), a shuttle bus will be available to take guests to and from the wedding venue. It will be available to guests staying at this hotel. Suggested Travel Plans
View our suggested travel plans at the “View” button below. NYC/Long Island travel may seem daunting, but we have travel plans and links to everything you need right here. We do not recommend using Uber/Lyft from JFK or LGA as they are very expensive due to the distance between the airport and the hotel. ***We recommend flying to Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) as it is the closest to the hotel and venue and does not require additional public transportation*** We are considering having a car service or a member of Sarah’s family rent a van to pick up travelers from the airport. To see if this would be useful or feasible, please let us know of your travel plans as soon as you have them. You can do so by filling out the “Travel Plans” part of the RSVP section on this website, or emailing dshaightbast@gmail.com. If your travel plans may vary from this or you would like to look at other options, a great website called rome2rio.com can show you how to get from point A to point B, even if each place is halfway across the world. It’s a great resource and we recommend it to anyone that may need to look at alternative plans.
