What is the altitude of the Village of Cimarron?

Answer

The elevation of Cimarron is 6,430 feet above sea level o.n the eastern slopes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Please make sure that you drink plenty of water while you are visiting in order to stay hydrated and help combat any altitude sickness you may feel.

How do I get to Cimarron, New Mexico?

Answer

If you are coming from Albuquerque airport, you will want to drive north on I25 and take exit number 419 west to Cimarron. If you are coming from Denver, CO, you will want to drive south on I25 and take eixt number 419 west to Cimarron. If you are coming via train, you can depart the train in Raton, NM and take US-64 south to Cimarron. We will have signs out at both the ceremony and reception locations for parking and directions on how to get from one to the other.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

OF COURSE! If you want to BYOB that is fine with us. Please try to avoid glass if possible.

What should I wear? What is country/western chic?

Answer

Our wedding is western semi-formal. This means come in your nicest sundress or Wranglers. Cowboy boots are totally acceptable! The most important thing to us is that you feel comfortable and are ready to celebrate with us!
