When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP for the Wedding and Reception by August 5, 2025. Kiana requires an accurate attendance count to ensure ample seating and food.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive between 2:15-2:45PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM with no delay.

Where is Kiana Lodge?
Answer
Kiana Lodge (Poulsbo, WA), is located in the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula, across the channel from Agate Point, and south of Clearwater Casino Resort. The drive to Poulsbo is beautiful, with views of Washington’s waterways, mountains, and other scenic features.

Where Do I Park?
Answer
Kiana Lodge has ample parking. Follow the directions for the address, you will drive through a short winding road, pass under the large Kiana Lodge entrance sign, and park in the Kiana Lodge’s paved parking area. There is a turnaround area by the front of the lodge, for those that would like to be dropped off. Should parking fill, there is also an overflow parking area, just prior to the entrance.

Is there a dress code?

Traditional Indian attire in light pastel colors, please refer to your invitation for suggestions.

Outside Alcohol & Open Bar
Answer
Kiana Lodge is located, owned, and operated by the Suquamish Tribe. Out of respect to the tribe, and by strict request of Kiana, please do not bring alcohol on premise. Our Open Bar will be made available when Cocktail Hour begins, running through Last Call, and will include a variety of standard and premium liquors, beers, wines, and champagne options. Please join us in celebrating responsibly, and respectfully, given our host venue requests.

Will There be Lunch or Dinner?

Light refreshments will be made available prior to the start of ceremony. Following the ceremony, our Cocktail Hour will include several appetizer options. Dinner will be served banquet style, approximately 7:30 PM. We will have a variety of options available. For dietary restrictions, please contact us ASAP so that we can work with the venue to offer you a suitable plated dinner option.

Indoor / Outdoor Event Information

OUTDOOR EVENTS: Both the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will take place outside. The weather in Poulsbo is typically quite temperate, with August temperatures rarely exceeding 80 degrees. We plan to have a limited number of sun umbrellas available for those who might prefer some shade during the ceremony. We have the full Kiana Lodge venue reserved, so please do explore all of the gardens, patios, corridors, walkways, beach, lagoon, pond, and dock! INDOOR EVENTS: The Reception, Cake, Toasts and Dancing will all be held inside the Garden Atrium. There will also be access to the Blue Lodge, where there will be opportunities for you and your party to explore and take photos in the sultry wooded lounge area.
