Are you having a ceremony?

Answer

We are having a private ceremony with immediate family members only a few days prior to the reception. The reception (August 8th) will have a cocktail hour and dinner/dancing to follow! We look forward to celebrating with everyone!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will arrive at the Aloft hotel. The time is TBD but will be known soon!

Is there a welcome dinner the day before the reception?

Answer

Due to space limitations of the venue, we unfortunately have to limit the welcome dinner guest list to family traveling out of town. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Please RSVP by June 1st 2026. The earlier the better!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please tell us any food allergies and we will make accommodations as needed.

What should I wear?

Answer

We will be having a semi-formal to causal dress attire. Suits/dress shirts and cocktail/summer dresses are all lovely options! Let’s aim for fun and bright colors if possible.

Is there parking for the reception venue?

Yes, Brazen Brewery has a parking lot.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

During the summer time in Buffalo, it can get hot. During the reception time it could be between 70-80+ degrees. However it can get cooler, around 60 degrees, at night. We will be having the reception both indoors and outdoors. Please dress accordingly!

What time should I arrive to the reception venue?

Answer

Plan to arrive between 4-4:30 pm.
