Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, no later than April 15st! We will need to have a final headcount for food and drink accommodations by that time. If we do not have your RSVP by then, we will assume your absence and you will be greatly missed.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is available parking to accommodate for our ceremony and reception! Our reception venue is a two minute drive from the Beersheba Springs Chapel. It will be no more than a five minute walk from the lot to the reception venue, so please plan accordingly with your shoe choice for the night! Direct Address to Chapel parking lot: 566 Armfield Ave Beersheba Springs, TN 37305 Direct Address to Reception hall* parking lot: 150 Hunters Mill Rd Beersheba Springs, TN 37305 *The parking area directly in front of the reception barn is RESERVED for staff and immediate family of the couple.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:30pm CST! 4:00pm will be the start time to our ceremony. This gives additional time to park the car, see the scenery, and to find a seat! Please note that if you arrive later than 4:00pm, you will not be allowed into the chapel until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our little ones are near and dear to our hearts, but due to venue limitations, unfortunately this will not be a kid-friendly space. Unless specified on your rsvp, We HIGHLY encourage everyone to use this opportunity to have a date night with us or just to have a fun night out to eat, drink, dance, and relax!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Sunday Best! This form of Dressy Casual will be the guideline for the occasion. Pull out the pastels and florals!! PSA to the ladies...make sure to wear comfortable shoes!! Flats or block heels/sandals will be more friendly for this event. With love, The Bride :)

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We will have a His & Hers drink menu. Please plan accordingly. We will be hiring a licensed bartender to serve the reception.
