FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed below, please reach out to us at (608) 302-9820.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 16th.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we enjoy children & have one of our own, we encourage you to take this time to enjoy a night off celebrating with us. We will have a limited number of kids within our immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. If you have a newborn that must be on your lap and with you, please reach out to us.

Question

Can I bring additional guests not listed on my invite?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I do if I am unable to make it?

Answer

If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible on the RSVP section of our website. You will be missed dearly and we hope to celebrate in other forms with you soon!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding party will be in formal dresses and semi-formal jeans & mens attire. Nice jeans, button ups, blouses, skirts, and cocktail style dresses are encouraged. Our wedding ceremony & cocktail hour will take place in the lawn so please be mindful when choosing footwear. We want you to be comfortable & festive for our summer wedding -- Whatever you wear, bring your dancing shoes!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Our venue does have plenty of on site parking. There will also be shuttle service to & from The AmericInn Hotel. If you are served one too many drinks, please plan to take advantage of the shuttle, Uber, or Lyft. Cars can be left at the venue over night, but would need to be picked up no later than 10AM Sunday morning.

Question

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Answer

All food and drinks are on us, but the hangover is on YOU

Question

Can I take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras, please). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professional photographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
