We are making special arrangements for all our guests, and some things such as catering/alcohol need a fairly accurate head count. We would appreciate everyone to RSVP either online or by mail by April 15th, 2024. If for any reason your RSVP status changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
We would love to see our friend and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans. For our ladies that don't like dresses, slacks/khakis and a nice blouse is perfectly acceptable.
The ceremony will start at 3pm CST. Please consider any stops (gas, food, stretch your legs, etc) along the way in your travel time, as we have plenty of guests traveling and want everyone to be there for our special moment!
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you please turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an AMAZING photographer to capture this special moment, so NO pictures during the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
We love all our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions and an open bar, we have decided not to accommodate guests under 21, unless specifically invited. We encourage you to use the evening as an opportunity for a fun night out!
We will be having an open bar with four signature cocktails, red and white wine, and beer. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages. ***Gentle reminder to have a plan to get back to your place of residence, as Uber is not widely utilized in Leitchfield. We want everyone to stay safe!***
Our wedding ceremony will be an outside event, if mother nature agrees with us! Please be aware there are a fair number of steps leading down to the ceremony area. If you need assistance or have trouble with stairs, there is a golf cart on site that we will be using to take you down there.
