Nicole and Stephen met in August of 2023 on the dance floor dancing to the YMCA at his brother Paul's wedding. Their first date was at the Fuel and Iron Food Hall in Pueblo. At the time Stephen was living in Denver and working as an electrical engineer. They would often meet in Colorado Springs, the halfway point between their two homes. They immediately discovered they shared a common Italian heritage which they both cherish. Soon the city boy and country girl realized what an honor it would be to walk through life together, and Stephen graciously made the decision to move back to Pueblo. The couple enjoys the simple things in life. Some of which include Sunday night dinners and Mana's house, babysitting his niece Lucy, going to football games, and Wednesday night racquetball and Chipotle dates. As they become one in the sight of God they look forward to celebrating the beginning of their new life together with all of you!
