Garrett and I met while attending Southern Oregon University. Garrett is one of the most driven individuals I know and it is inspiring to have a friend who is constantly working to better himself while motivating me to do the same. Garrett is someone I can count on no matter the time of day. He is the kind of friend who will not simply tell me what I want to hear, but will truly listen and offer honest, thoughtful feedback. I am grateful to have Garrett standing beside me as I begin this next chapter.

Sarah and I met while in nursing school, and she has been my rock ever since. She is funny, caring, and always down for a good time. Sarah is one of my best, oldest friends, she is the kind of girl that will drop anything to be there for you when you need her the most. She has been present for so many big milestones in my life, and I feel truly blessed to have her in my life and to be my Maid of Honor.

I met Eli through Kelsey after we started dating. He is one of the funniest and kindest people I know. Last summer I was one of his groomsmen, and I'm honored that he gets to be one of my groomsmen this September. In the time we've known each other, Eli and I have gotten to travel together extensively. No matter where we go, I know we're going to have a great time, goof around, share a lot of laughs, and probably get in trouble with Kelsey and Sarah (totally worth it). Eli is good at just about anything he does and he will make an amazing nurse in a couple years! I am thankful for his friendship and excited to share this day with him.

I met Tailynn through Sarah, while in nursing school, and knew from the minute I met her she was going to be a special forever friend. If you need something done, this girl will get it done. She brings so much energy to whatever she does and her energy is contagious. Not to mention how brave this girl is! She jumped off a waterfall while we were in Hawaii when moments prior she wanted to be life-flighted out.

Louis and I met our freshman year at SOU and I can tell you that he is one of a kind. He is the type of person that will "walk on" to a top ranked college football team and become their kicker, someone that will drop everything to embark on a life changing trip to Canada for a year, someone that will spend 10 hours traveling through Mexico just to see my hometown for 1 hour before he has to catch a flight, someone that will come up with the silliest things on the spot, and just a good friend overall. I admire how deeply he cares about the people around him, and I am grateful to have him by my side on such an important day.

I met Victoria AKA my “Shroomie” while working my first nursing job. It was a slow burn kind of friendship, until one day I asked if she wanted to be my roommate, and she said YES. From late night walks around the block, to spontaneous boba tea runs, to quarantining together for weeks, Victoria has brought so much joy into my life!

Frenchy and I met in middle school playing rec soccer. We went on to play soccer together in high school, club teams, and in college. There's never a dull moment when I get to hang out with Frenchy, though we like to give each other a hard time I think we both take the heat fairly well. I recently got to watch him graduate from PT school and I am grateful that we get to support each other through various milestones in our lives. I am thankful to have him here as Kelsey and I celebrate this special day.

Lilly and I coincidentally met one evening at Buffalo Wild Wings after going to a bachata class. Soon to find out when Luis and I started dating, Lilia was one of Luis's closest childhood friends. Lilly is one of the kindest people I know, and is always getting Luis and I out of the house for fun lake day adventures, disc golf dates, or gym dates. She is such a supportive loving friend and Luis and I are so lucky to have a friend like Lilly.

I met Johnnie while playing soccer at SOU. Johnnie is one of the most hard working and competitive individuals I know, I truly admire his work ethic and drive. From playing soccer and working at Louies Restaurant together, to studying for anatomy and physiology exams, playing disc golf, running around Disney World and EDC, and standing beside him during his wedding day, Johnnie has been one of my closest friends for many years. I appreciate him standing beside me through life’s ups and downs, and I am honored to have him with me on this day.

I met Esther at a camping festival and I immediately wanted to be her friend. She is beautiful inside and out and has taught me so much about life, love, and friendship. She has been with Luis and I on many adventures and her presence is undeniable and always brings the biggest smile to my face.

I met Kenny while playing soccer at SOU. Since we met, I quickly realized that Kenny and I would share a life-long friendship. When I think of Kenny, I think about him as the younger brother I never had, and if you see us hanging out you'd probably think the same. Kenny is one of the most genuine people I know, he is someone I can count on, and he is also hilarious once you get to know him. Carnal, I am so happy to have you standing beside me as Kelsey and I celebrate our wedding day.

I was introduced to Pily through Luis shortly after we started dating. I knew she was a ride or die from the moment I met her. She is always going out of her way to ensure everyone around her feels loved, included, and most importantly fed (she is always feeding me to make sure I don't get hangry).

I met Jesse during my senior year of high school. From the day we became friends, we hung out almost every day until he left for college to the east coast. Even though we don't see each other often, we keep in touch and over the years we continue to hang out every time he came back to Oregon. Jesse is a friend that consistently shows up for me. He's a friend who I may not talk to every day and see him only a few times per year, but every time we're together, it's like no time has passed. I am grateful for his friendship and thankful to have him be part of this special day.

I also met JP while working my first nursing job. JP is a goofy goober and our friendship was instant! He has always been one of my biggest supporters and hype man. I know when JP is around that everyone is going to have a fun time and conversation will never run dry. This guy will make you laugh until you cry!

Luis met Eri through one of his best friends, Johnnie. The first time they met, Luis talked Eri's ear off about Kelsey. A few months later, Eri and Kelsey met. Since meeting Kelsey and Luis, Eri has become like family along with his wife Yesi and their daughter Cati who will be their flower girl.
