This is an optional, casual get together with a private bar at the outside patio at the Courtyard Sarasota. Food will not be provided but there are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance from the hotel if you want to eat something beforehand. Get together with friends and family to have a drink and hang out by the fire pits the night before the wedding!

Transportation to venue

There will be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue. This bus LEAVES the hotel parking lot at 2:45pm. If you don't want to take the bus, there are some parking spaces available at the venue.
Ceremony and reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail/Garden Attire: Wear gowns, formal cocktail dresses, sundresses, and either dark or light colored suits.
We will be in Florida but it will still be December. The weather should be nice for the outdoor ceremony but it may get chilly after sunset during cocktail hour! Please plan accordingly.
