There will be no shuttle service as all recommended hotels are within a few blocks of the venue. There will be Ubers & taxis in the downtown area for those who need a ride to and from their hotel.
Our venue, the St. James, will have two parking lots on the East side of the building. There is one lot directly next to side of the building, and another lot across the street from the first lot. Lot 1: Library Lot ( 801 W Wisconsin Ave) Lot 2: Wells Fargo Lot ( 735 W Wisconsin Ave) You may park at either lot. You will need to enter the discount code listed below to enter the lot. Your parking fee will be taken care of by us! Please select the St. James Venue Rate ( at either lot) and enter code: 2232CC You will not need to display your receipt on your dashboard.

We will already have gluten/dairy free options available, but if you need a Vegetarian or Vegan meal, please call Dani Barth ( 262-506-8431). The deadline to submit your entrée request will be 8/16/22.
