Lake Norman of Catawba
This is North Carolina's largest man-made lake! We highly suggest visiting Lake Norman while you're in town. Our favorite restaurants on the lake are North Harbor Club and Lake House!
Birkdale Village
This is an outdoor town center that we love going to! Our favorite restaurants are Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, eeZ, and North Italia.
Downtown Davidson
Davidson is a charming college town with a walkable, small-town feel and plenty to explore! Stroll down Main Street to discover local boutiques, bookstores, coffee shops, and a variety of great restaurants. Be sure to check out the beautiful campus of Davidson College too! Our favorite restaurant is Brickhouse Tavern.
Downtown Mooresville
Downtown Mooresville offers a lively atmosphere with plenty to explore along its walkable Main Street! Our favorite food spots are Big Tiny’s BBQ and Bae’s Burgers.
U.S. National Whitewater Center
This is an outdoor recreation facility with tons of activity options! They have a whitewater river for rafting and kayaking, plus they have zip-lining, rock climbing, mountain biking, and so much more. Kayla recently ran a 10K here!
