Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a continuous shuttle running to the venue from the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The shuttle will stop running at 4:15 prompt to eliminate any lateness in our ceremony. The shuttle begins again at 10 pm. If you are not staying at the homewood Suites, do not fear! You can still hop on the shuttle at the hotel even if you are not a guest there. There also is ample parking at the venue! Please note that the shuttle only accommodates for 10 at a time. Please plan accordingly if you are relying on that!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail/ dressy casual. We are getting married on a mountain in May, so anything can happen! We want our guests to be comfortable and able to move to the music while also showing off their dressy side. Our bridal parties are wearing blush pink. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to space and budget, we are only able to extend invitations to those listed on the envelope. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be noted. Thank you so much for understanding! We can't wait to celebrate together!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we are making this a night just for the grown-ups (with the special exception of the flower girl, our niece). Think of it as a built-in date night filled with dancing, cocktails, and celebrating without bedtime duties!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at the log cabin venue.
