How do we RSVP? When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please use the RSVP tab and search for your last name. Please RSVP as soon as possible. We'd like the final headcount by September 30th. Where should guests park?

Answer

Please do not park in our cul-de-sac out of courtesy for our neighbors. Please copy the Google map link below to get a better idea of parking options. Parking is available on nearby residential streets (Angola Road, New Salem Street, Sandy Hook Road, or even Parkdale Avenue). https://www.google.com/maps/@32.9152328,-117.1584445,18.75z?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDcxMy4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D There is also the option to take Uber, Lyft, or possibly a hotel shuttle. We will explore if any local hotels offer a shuttle service and add info about them in the travel section.

What should guests wear?

Answer

The event will be in our backyard, but we are going ALL out. Please dress to impress and wear outfits that can dance the night away. We also want to take photos with everyone at some point during the reception. Please avoid very high or very thin heels since the event is on turf. If you don't know already, Melissa's favorite color is purple so that color will be around for sure :)

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, but your presence is the best gift! If you'd like to get us a gift, we have a registry at Honeyfund (https://www.honeyfund.com/site/John-Melissa-10-11-25). We'd love to get anything related to travel or travel experiences that we can do together as we start our married life.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

This is an adults-only event. We want to allow all guests, including parents, to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the bar setup?

Answer

We will have a selection of beers and wines, as well as two signature cocktails! We will also have water and sodas around as well. Since this party is at our house, we'll will be servicing drinks as long as our bartenders are still standing or we run out of liquor. Whichever one comes first!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions that you would like to make us aware of, please email or text Melissa. We want all our guests to be able to enjoy the food and desert!
