Is there a formal ceremony?

Answer

Nope. Since we officially got married last year, this is just a chance to dress up, celebrate, and catch up with family and friends in Canada!

Can I park at the lake house?

Answer

There is a fair amount of parking space but depending on the number of attendees, some cars may get blocked in. We recommend carpooling as much as possible with a designated driver.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ideally, outdoors! The area is partially patio stone, partially grass. If inclement weather is expected, we will adapt to move inside.

Can I bring a plus one or a child?

Answer

Yes! We hope we have listed all your partners and children in the RSVP tool. If we missed anyone, please let us know! That way, the count is accurate for the catering.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the best present - the most important thing is that we get to celebrate our marriage again, this time with you all on the other side of the Atlantic! However, if you wish to give a small gift, we would be thankful for a contribution towards our ongoing house renovation and decoration. We do not have a registry, since we won't have extra room in our suitcases.
