Dress your best! Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, which means formal attire is requested. For men, you can choose between a tuxedo with a bow tie or a dark, formal suit with a tie. For women, a long evening gown, an elegant cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit is perfect.
We have a hotel block reserved at the Hampton Inn Naples 1-75 and at the Courtyard Naples for your convenience. But you’re welcome to stay wherever you’d like! The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), about 40 minutes from Heritage Bay. You could rent a car or use a rideshares (Uber, Lyft, etc.) It is possible that hotel shuttles may also be available as well depending on where you stay.

Since Lauren’s family is primarily from New England and Will’s family is from South Florida and New York, many guests are traveling. Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, there will be a welcome party the night before the wedding. It’s a casual way for everyone to meet, enjoy some food and drinks, and kick off the wedding weekend.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club. You'll just have to walk a few steps (or none at all!) to get from one to the other.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to find your seat and get settled. Our ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, so please plan to be in your seat by 4:00 PM.
Yes! There’s plenty of parking available on-site, including designated spaces for guests. You're welcome to leave your car overnight if needed, and ride shares like Uber or Lyft are always a great option. Please don’t drive impaired.
Our ceremony and reception will be adults-only with the exception of our nieces and nephews who are part of the wedding. We kindly ask that no children under 5 attend the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Please remember to tip the bartenders!
