We strongly recommend staying here. In October this place will feel like an absolute getaway. It is a slightly rustic lodge feel, and you can choose a room with a view of the river. Lovely amenities such as breakfast, wine and cheese hour in the afternoon, and milk and cookies in the evening are included. It is only 5 minutes from our house/wedding, and within walking distance to Taprock, a restaurant across the street.

Double D Shuttle and Taxi

There is absolutely NO PARKING at our house. You can park at the bottom of the hill at First Community Credit Union (1551 Harbeck Road). Starting at 1:15, Double D Shuttle and Taxi will be picking up at the Holiday Inn Express, The Lodge at Riverside and First Community Credit Union to shuttle people to the ceremony. They will also be shuttling people back to their hotels at the end of the reception. You can also call Double D directly for transportation around town during your stay 541-476-7773.
