What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space so arriving early will allow for time to walk over. There is a golf cart available for anyone who needs assistance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotel block at Babson. Times: 4:50pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If using a GPS to get here, the address is 900 Washington Street in Wellesley, MA 02482. When you arrive on the property and drive over the historic bridge, you will see The Garden at Elm Bank Event signs directing you. You’ll want to drive past the soccer fields as well as lots A and B. At the stop sign, please turn left and enter The Garden at Elm Bank parking lot on the left. After parking, walk toward the gatehouse and main gates. You will be directed to the ceremony space which is about a 3-4 minute walk from the parking lot. There is a golf cart for anyone who might need assistance!
