To ensure an intimate atmosphere, we kindly request the presence of only those listed on the invitation.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

As much as we'd love to have all the little ones join in the fun, we hope you understand that our invitation for children is limited to close family. Why, you ask? Well, with the bride being a pediatric nurse practitioner, we fear her 'on-duty' mode might kick in, and the next thing you know, she'll be checking temperatures and handing out Band-Aids on the dance floor! We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this joyous occasion with you.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour, reception, and dance floor will be held indoors.

WILL THERE BE MEAL OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom personally no later than October 1st, so we can ensure you can enjoy our lovely meal too and make proper accommodations.

ARE THERE RECOMMENDED HOTELS FOR OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS?

Answer

We have a block of 20 rooms at the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth, MI. Rooms are first come first serve and are only held until September 12th so please book before then! The booking code is: 13U87Z https://www.bavarianinn.com/stay/ There are several other hotel chains in the area if you miss the date for blocked rooms!

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED, OR ARE THERE RECOMMENDED OPTIONS?

Answer

There is no shuttle service to and from the hotel so please plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME WILL THE CEREMONY START?`

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will be outside of the complex (Uptown North Main) at the arbors. The cocktail hour and reception will take place on the second level of Uptown North Main. All of the festivities will be held at the Uptown North Main location and there is no need to drive between the ceremony and reception.
