When should I RSVP by?

Deadline to RSVP is 2/28/26.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Guests should be seated by 5:55pm if they wish to enjoy the ceremony. Guests can arrive no earlier than 5:40pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Southern Oaks has parking available on site. If you plan to indulge in the open bar, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to arrive to the event as overnight parking on site is not allowed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family and our wedding party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please reach out to Taylor or Barrett as soon as possible to determine if that allergy can be accommodated by our vendors.
