For both Hampton Inn and Country Inn you must call the hotel to reserve your room, you will not be able to reserve your room online under our room block. When you call the hotel to book your room state that you are booking under the Provost/Sapp Wedding Block. Also you must book your room before June 1st, 2026 in order to get the room discount.

This is a campground that is just a short distance from our reception location. This is another option for guest who wish to camp for the weekend. The campground does fill up quick so the earlier you book your site the better.
