Please submit your RSVPs by August 28! Our venue requires a headcount by this date so we would love to make sure we have your seat saved. If we do not hear from you by August 28, we will have to count your RSVP as a "no". You can RSVP through our website in the "RSVP" tab.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, so please arrive by 4:30PM.
Yes! There will be valet parking for our guests, but please do not drink and drive. If you would like to hop on our shuttle it will be leaving from our hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway, at 4:15PM. The hotel offers free parking even if you're not staying there, so you're welcome to drive and park on-site if you'd prefer. You can find more information about the hotel on our "Hotel" tab.
We currently have a hotel block for our guests at The Hilton Garden Inn. More information on the hotel and how to reserve your room in our block is on the "Hotel" tab.
We will have a shuttle available for all of our guests to and from our hotel, The Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway. The shuttle schedule will be leaving the hotel at 4:15PM and then will return guests back to the hotel at 11:00PM. If you are late or would like to leave early, Ubers are available in the area.
Please! We made sure to include dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian options in our food selection, but please let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions.
Our wedding will be semi-formal. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and we will have a coat check for the reception inside.
We love your kids, but this will be an adult only event. Even Jaxon will be going home after the ceremony!
