Travel Note
The nearest airports are Perugia (PEG), Florence (FLR), and Rome (FCO). Rome airport offers the best connections. Travel Time from Airport: PERUGIA (PEG): 50 minutes FLORENCE (FLR): 1 hour 15 minutes ROME (FCO): 2.5 hours Upon arrival in Italy, you can either rent a car, book a private driver, or take the train to Castiglion Fiorentino. Train
From Florence Santa Maria Novella or from Rome Termini take the first train that stops at the station of Castiglion Fiorentino. If you choose to take the train, you will need to then book private transportation, or rental car to take you to your villa from the station. Travel Note
We highly recommend renting a car for your stay in Castiglion Fiorentino! Ubers/Taxis are not available, as we are in a remote area within the Tuscan countryside. Transportation will be provided to and from villas for all wedding celebrations throughout the weekend. If you'd like to visit the downtown and explore the nearby areas, a rental car is the best option! Rental cars can be booked prior to your visit through our wedding coordinator, Renee Buccelletti. Rentals can be arranged to be picked up at the airport of your choosing, or be ready for you at the train station upon your arrival in Castiglion Fiorentino.
