Please plan to arrive between 4:00–4:20 PM. Our 30-minute ceremony will take place on the front lawn in front of the Cope House at Awbury Arboretum. For guests staying at The Logan Hotel, we recommend allowing at least 30 minutes for travel, as Philly traffic can be unpredictable. If you plan to utilize our shuttle service from the hotel, departure times and additional details will be shared at hotel check in—stay tuned! We also encourage guests to wear comfortable footwear, such as flats, loafers, or chunky heels with a wider base, as the ceremony will take place on the lawn at the Arboretum.

Please join us for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony on the Cope House porch and lawn, here you can enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks, along with lawn games. From 6:00–10:00, we will host our reception under the outdoor tent with music and dancing to follow inside the Cope House.
