We ask that you please arrive around 20-25 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to ensure that everyone is able to be seated to begin at 4:30pm MST.
There are several parking options at and around the venue. There are a few spots directly in the designated venue parking lot, and we ask that you please reserve those for our older guests. There is ample street parking surrounding the venue, as well as several parking lots at parks in town. All within a 2-5 minute walk of the venue. Please do not park in the La Casa Fiesta lot, as you will be towed.
We will have a buffet style dinner, with salad and bread, 2 main entrée and side choices, and an array of mini desserts. We know that many of our friends and family have dietary restrictions and are currently working towards vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have any specific concerns or requests, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
It is set to be a very warm August evening here in the mountains of Colorado, therefore this event is Garden Cocktail Attire: Wear sundresses, dressy/floral jumpsuits, longer cocktail dresses, suits, or collared shirts and slacks. And based on tradition, we ask that you please refrain from wearing white or ivory dresses. For the reception, a second pair of comfortable shoes is highly recommended for walking around the lawn and dancing. The event will be moved indoors in case of weather. However, plan on the ceremony and cocktail hour taking place outdoors, with dinner and the dance floor being indoors later in the evening.
Absolutely! We've included all of our loved ones little ones on the guest list. We would love to share this special day with everyone in our lives, including the kids! Disclaimer: there will be alcohol and explicit music later in the eventing.
Yes! Our bar will be open providing beer, wine, seltzers, cocktails, and several NA beer & mocktail options. However, it is always much appreciated to tip your bartender! Venue bar rules: ID's will be required for any guest who is planning to drink. No shots or doubles will be served at cocktail hour or the reception. The bar will close promptly at 10pm, however there will not be a 'last call', so plan ahead to get your last drink before the grand exit! Also, please keep in mind that Uber/Lyft may be limited and difficult to acquire in a small town. We care about the safety and well being of all our guests, and please ask that if you are drinking you have a sober ride planned to get home.
Even though marijuana is legal here in CO, no outside alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs of any kind are permitted at or around the venue.
