When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, September 13th. Remember to RSVP online, or contact Amanda & Jonathan directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your littles! However, unless in the wedding party or otherwise specified on your invitation, this celebration will be adults only. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to only the name(s) listed your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Sleep Inn & Suites Monroe and The Hampton Inn Harriman-Woodbury will have rooms blocked off for any guests looking to book at a discounted rate for the wedding day. Please plan in advance and make sure your rooms are booked no later than September 13th. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to each hotel from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No - Please drink responsibly, plan ahead, and have a designated driver or service set up in advance. It can be difficult to find Ubers or Lyfts in the area as needed. These rides can be scheduled in advance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Mountainville Manor has a large parking lot on site. If for some reason the lot is full, guests may park on Spruce Drive or Willow Brook Lane. Parking in the grass is prohibited.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no earlier than 4 pm. Our reception will end no later than 10 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our special day will be a formal event. Please keep in mind that, weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. There will also be access to the front porch and fire pit area during the cocktail hour and reception. All food and drinks will be served indoors and there will be an indoor seated dinner. In case of bad weather, all events will take place indoors. Please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The chef can make accommodations or provide an alternate meal option that will be Chef's choice. All meals are made with organic and local ingredients.
