We first met in December through Will's best man Logan. We couldn't stand each other. With a few more casual interactions in between our "first” meeting and the "real" meeting, we started to see the good in each other. The real meeting comes just a few weeks later. On January 19th, Will happened to pick up Logan, his wife Missy, and I from a day out in downtown Ellensburg. This is when I could tell that there was something bothering Will. I asked Logan what was going on and he filled me in. In this moment, I realized Will and I had a lot more in common than I thought. A few hours later, I checked in with Logan to see how Will was doing. Logan let me know that Will wasn't in the best spot and he was driving around to find Will. I was already back downtown with a few friends, and I automatically left to go find him myself. When we finally found each other, we started to talk, shared stories, shared memories, shared hope, and left the conversation with me forcing him to put my number in his phone. From that moment on, we never stopped talking, we were with each other all the time, we found love within each other, and we never looked back.
