Is there a dress code?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is free parking right at the venue.

Are there any hotel block available?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the Travel section where we have a few hotels blocks available. Booking deadline is July 29th!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided to and from the venue. You may keep your car overnight at Baker if necessary. There are transportation services like Uber in the area.

We politely ask you to not bring your children unless they are listed on your invitation.

What’s on the menu?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style dinner. The menu consists of a greek salad (GF/V), goat cheese mashed potatoes (GF/V), asparagus (GF/V), deconstructed chicken cordon bleu (GF), and carved dijon pork loin (GF/DF) GF- Gluten Free V- Vegetarian VG - Vegan There will be a vegan option available as well! Please note on your RSVP if this is something you would like. Your meal will be served to you at your assigned seat. Grilled Portobella Steak (GF/VG/DF) Kids will be served chicken fingers and fries. This is not a gluten free space. Anyone that has celiac or an extreme dietary restrictions may bring their own food.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Baker Events. The ceremony will be upstairs in the loft, and reception will be on the main floor. There is an elevator provided for anyone who is in need.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be listed when you RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and select liquors. Please tip the bartenders!
